Acupay is pleased to announce the recent hiring of John Glass to the position of Global Head of Operations, reporting directly to Acupay’s President, Stef Lambersy. With over 20 years of experience in taxation at major European banks, John brings a wealth of knowledge from managing several projects at custodian and broker/dealer organizations for withholding, transaction, and capital gains taxes.

John’s leadership will further enhance customer experience, ensuring that Acupay consistently provides a best-in-class service with its current products as well as a smooth and successful launch of its new service offerings later this year.

John’s involvement in over one billion dollars’ worth of tax reclaims across his career makes him the ideal person to refine the tax reclaim process and to strengthen Acupay’s products and customer confidence. Having dealt personally with various tax authorities around the world, John is willing and able to assist with any challenges with the tax administration process that you may currently be facing.
