Germany Update - POA to File DTV Refund Requests Revoked

Please be advised that, due to the suspension of the DTV service by the German tax authorities (BZSt) and uncertainty surrounding if and when the suspension will be lifted and how the service will function going forward, we have decided to revoke the powers of attorney on file with the BZSt which allowed us to submit German ADR/ORD reclaims via the DTV service on behalf of our clients.

In the event that the suspension is lifted and we are able to continue providing assistance with filing German ADR/ORD reclaims using the DTV service in the future, we will reconnect and, if you would like to do so, work with you to get the documentation in place to allow us to begin submitting the reclaims on your entity’s behalf again.
