Stef Lambersy
President
Stef has had over 10 years of experience in cross-border bond finance, tax relief processing, and back office systems and operations with particular emphasis on creating market access for cross-border debt issuers, and automating post-trade processes in the tax relief and corporate actions sphere. After joining the team in 2011, he quickly rose to assume the positions of Co-President and, since January 2019, President.
A dynamic leader who values continuous improvement, communication and compromise, Stef is particularly well-suited for international dealings, having earned a Master’s in Economics at Ghent University in Belgium following a Bachelor’s of Law at the same institution. He spends considerable time liasing with Acupay’s London office, and is fluent in Dutch, English, and French. Prior to joining the Acupay team, Stef worked 3 years for Euroclear Bank, where he gained experience in tax relief operations and Lean Management.
Stef has worked closely with leading corporates, law firms, and underwriters on the creation of over US$ 30 billion of Yankee bonds. From an organizational perspective, he has worked together with the Executive Team at Acupay on navigating the company through growth, innovation and governance change.
His passion for finance is rivalled by an interest in food and hospitality. He has consulted for restaurants, a hotel, and at some point ran a wine bar.
Inessa Collier
Business Development Lead
Inessa has over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and operational roles at Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs in New York and London. Prior to joining Acupay, she worked on an innovative startup idea, and served as a sales and growth marketing advisor to numerous SMEs. Inessa holds an MBA from the University of Tampa and a Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of Cambridge. She is fluent in English and Russian, and is proficient in French.
In her spare time, Inessa likes to learn more foreign languages (currently focusing on Italian) and explore the English countryside.
